Review and sign off
A contract or document review workflow can involve intake, comparison with an approved playbook, identification of non-standard points, escalation and professional sign-off.
Human decision: A qualified and accountable professional remains responsible for legal judgement, advice, verification and sign-off. The SRA states that regulated individuals remain accountable for work and outputs regardless of how that work was prepared.

A non-conformance workflow can move from detection and containment through investigation, disposition, corrective action, effectiveness review and closure.
Human decision: Named quality and operational authorities retain disposition, concession, safety and effectiveness decisions. ISO 9001 clauses 8.7 and 10.2 provide the quality-management context; HSE guidance makes competence and workplace-specific risk central to safe responsibility.

A tender response workflow can involve discovery, a bid decision, requirement mapping, evidence collection, drafting, pricing, declarations, review and submission before a fixed deadline.
Human decision: People remain responsible for the bid decision, declarations, evidence accuracy, pricing, commitments and final submission. The Procurement Act 2023 and current GOV.UK supplier guidance provide the statutory and operating context; CortexLabs does not interpret those duties for a bidder.
